I am selling a complete Appleseed bio-diesel processor. It will make 25 gal batches at a time. I have been using this processor for the last 5 years, making about 2 batches per week. If you're wanting to get started, this would be the best way to do it! This entire processor is on wheels so it can move around your garage with ease. It's wired for 110v with only one plug and the switches are mounted on the processor. This whole set up is only 3 ft deep and if set up in a row, is only 15/20 ft long. Now when I say complete, I mean it! What's included is:
-Appleseed processor which is a 35gal water heater (bought new) with all plumbing , 1/2 hp pump, temp gauge, and on/off switches for heater and pump(110v)
-Wash Tank has 2 air bubble pumps (one has adj settings) and a methanol evaporator, water mister system, stand drain and a drain
-Fuel storage tank for post-processed fuel (with fuel gauge), 12v 13gpm fuel pump (batt included), water filter and 1 micron fuel filter, 10 ft fuel hose, and 2 micron fill filters
-65 gal raw oil storage tank with 50 micron fill filter, strainer, stain. steel funnel, ball drain valve
-Two 35 gal open top barrels (for drying, if needed)
-25 gal methanol with hand pump
-20 lbs of lye
Everything you need including chemicals for titration tests with jars, graduated cylinders, etc.
