60 Gallon Bio diesel Processor and 150 Gallon WVO recovery trailer, Colorado Springs, CO
This is a custom made biodiesel processor based on the appleseed processor. It has lots of added features. I actually designed it with the idea of using the GL1, Graham Laming, or GL one day process, but then I never took the leap to the new processing method.

Specifications
Methanol recovery unit with a 30gal coolant reservoir and a radiator with fan to keep the coolant at an acceptable temperature. Recovers approximately 30% of methanol. Methanol recovery from bio and glycerol takes place in the processor.High flow Grundfos pump, flow regulated with valves and able to partially disassemble in case of blockages.
The wash dry tank is a metal tank, cone bottom, 120 gallons, heated.
It has a 5500 watt in line heater that can be used with either 120v or 220v.
Venturi system draws in methoxide for more effective mixing.
The entire processor has high flow one inch black steel pipe.
Multiple temperature probes for safety
For the drying function it is plumbed to a harbor freight pump through a Racor 1000 series turbine filter housing and then through a golden rod type filter housing. The Racor filter cartridges are cheap $10 or so.
The Processor also comes with a 45 gal staging tank which assists in loading oil into the processor and getting the pump primed.
The whole setup is capable of producing excellent fuel.
I’m asking $1100, but I’m open to cash or trade offers for all or part of it. I was using it to feed an F350 and a jeep liberty diesel, and I was easily making more than enough fuel.
